Giveaway terms & conditions
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on February 28, 2023. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Top Tree Herbs on March 1, 2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
No payment of any kind is required to enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (21 or older if you live in Oregon, Tennessee, Colorado) on the date of entry. You must live in the United States and may not use a shipping address in a state, county, or town where kratom possession or sales are illegal.
You must be subscribed to the DONUT newsletter.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Top Tree Herbs shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prize
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the items in the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Top Tree reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
An email notification will be sent to the winner to coordinate shipping of the bundle. The name, shipping address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Top Tree Herbs to enable fulfillment of the prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Top Tree Herbs’ reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
