Orders

You can use a credit card, debit card, or bitcoin to purchase your kratom.

To use bitcoin, select the bitcoin option at checkout. After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to a secure OpenNode page to complete your payment. Scan the QR code on that page using your crypto wallet app (like Cash App or Coinbase), or copy the address to send the exact amount. The price is locked in for 10 minutes. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be automatically processed.

Unfortunately, you can’t update your order after you’ve placed it.

If you’d like to make changes or cancel your order, please call our team at (970) 414-1467, email us at contact@toptreeherbs.com with subject line “EDIT [or CANCEL] ORDER,” or fill out our contact form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requested changes.

(We ship orders same-day Monday through Friday before 1pm Mountain Time, so there is a limited window during which we can edit orders, especially if placed on weekday mornings.)

You can enter your promo code in your cart or on the checkout page. (On mobile checkout windows, you may need to open the order summary dropdown to enter your code.)

Subscribers can enter subscription-specific promo codes in their subscriber portal.

We offer some products for sale before production has been finalized. If a product is only available for preorder, it will be clearly marked on the product page (along with details about the expected ship date).

When you place a preorder, you will be charged when you place your order. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the items are stocked and ready. You’ll receive shipping confirmation email once a shipping label is created for your order.

If you need to cancel or edit a preorder, please email us at contact@toptreeherbs.com with “PRE-ORDER” in the subject line.

We don’t offer returns or refunds on products that have been opened or used, but you can ship unopened/unused items back to us for a full refund.

In the case of damage or issue with our kratom products or teaware, please email us at contact@toptreeherbs.com or fill out our contact form.

We do offer store credit for opened products on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out to us so we can help with whatever issues you’re having!

Shipping

We ship orders M-F (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm MT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekdays after 1pm MT, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders shipped with our standard ground shipping options (UPS and USPS) typically take 5-7 business to arrive, though some make take less time and some may take a few extra days (especially around holidays and other busy shipping periods).

Want to get your order a little faster? We have a few expedited options you can choose from—expected shipping times are indicated at checkout.

Please note that the approximate shipping time for these options isn’t guaranteed. Sometimes USPS Priority Shipping and our other expedited options may take longer than expected.

We offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage for orders over $75 and subscription renewal orders over $50.

If your order isn’t eligible for free shipping or you’d like it to arrive a little sooner, we have a number of flat-rate options for you to choose from:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: $7.80
  • UPS Ground: $10.80.
  • USPS Priority Mail: $15.99
  • UPS 3Day: $24.99
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $75.00

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once a shipping label has been created for your package. You can track your shipment on the website of your chosen mail carrier.

If you have any issues with confirming or tracking your order, just email us and we can resend your order info or tracking number!

If your package seems to be stuck in USPS limbo, don’t fret! Sometimes packages move along their normal shipping route without being scanned, so you won’t see location updates for them on the carrier website. If you’ve chosen ground shipping, it may take 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to change its course. We are always happy to assist you if you are experiencing issues with your chosen carrier. Just email us at contact@toptreeherbs.com.

We ship to a limited number of locations outside of the contiguous United States. (Kratom laws vary greatly internationally, so while we would love to be able to ship to more locations, we unfortunately must keep our shipping options limited.)

Please note that orders shipped to Canada and other countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are set by international authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Want to change up the products you get delivered? Need to pause or cancel your tea subscription?

  1. Log in to your account and go to the subscriptions tab.
  2. From the summary screen, you can pause or cancel your subscription.
  3. Click the “make changes” button to see a full overview of your subscription.
  4. To get different items in your next renewal order, click the Add Product button.
    • Select Add to add the new product to all recurring orders.
    • Select Add One Time, and we’ll pack your selected items in with your next subscription order, but they won’t be added to orders after that.

You can pause your subscription for up to one year. Your subscription will never be reactivated without your input, but subscriptions paused for more than 365 days may be automatically canceled.

Additionally, subscriptions that continually fail to process (for example, due to missing payment information) may be canceled after 150 days.

Discounts, Wholesale, and Where to Find Us

Though we’d love to get the tea party started in a brick and mortar one day, Top Tree doesn’t have its own storefront in Denver right now.

Instead, we ship our tea nationwide, and we work with incredible partners who either sell our tea boxes or use them to brew up delectable kratom drinks.
