A high-protein breakfast that tastes like dessert and can give you the motivation and focus of a cup of coffee, but without the jitters—does it really exist?!
It does, it’s true. We’ve reimagined a childhood favorite, the creamsicle, by transforming it into a protein-packed smoothie with the uplifting benefits of iced kratom tea.
Tea for dessert has never sounded (or tasted) so good.

Kreamsicle Kratom Smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- ½ cup pre-brewed concentrated kratom iced tea (view instructions here), chilled
- 1 medium banana (sliced and frozen)
- ⅓ bosc pair (cubed and frozen)
- OR add more frozen banana
- 1 clementine or ¼ orange (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- OR ¼ cup plain protein powder and 1-2 drops vanilla extract
- Optional: ¼ – ½ cup milk of choice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 20-40 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick for your blender, add a few tablespoons of your favorite milk to help it blend more easily.
- Keep it simple or top with a slice of orange, some granola, or coconut flakes.
Recipe Notes
- Kratom Tea Variety: For your Kreamsicle Smoothie tea base, you can use any plain kratom tea bags or loose leaf kratom, or try Peach Balance tea bags, which is what we typically use. In addition to crushed-leaf kratom, the Peach Balance blend also has holy basil and rooibos (flavorful adaptogens!) plus all-natural peach and mango flavor, which goes really well with vanilla and orange.
