I have tried other kratom products such as Kratom in a chocolate bar , Kratom in a can of carbonated water . The capsules are noticeuably stronger. I mix a single cap in cup of hot water with lemo juice, and sometimes mountain dew , Last spring my Pulmonologist was suggesting lung transplants, now im hiking nightly

I don’t really like these as much as the tea. That’s just personal preference though, they seem to work fine. I don’t like swallowing large pills, these are the size of a standard med/large supplement capsule. A serving is 4 caps, but I get heartburn after taking them all. I prefer the tea.
