Whether it’s only sourcing fair trade kratom, extra product testing, or partnering with leading tea experts, we never cut corners. And we’re excited to let you judge our tea for yourself.
To keep our policy in line with this intention, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you don’t love your first order, we’ll send you a different strain, and if you still don’t love it, we’ll issue you a full refund. Our goal is helping you find a strain that works, so that’s where we start if you have any issues.
If you’re a returning customer that has an issue, it’s even easier. Just shoot us an email at email@example.com, let us know what’s going on, and we’ll make it right. We’ll respond to your email within 24 hours, and if it’s urgent, please give us a call at 970-414-1467 and we’ll help however we can.
We also accept exchanges for unopened tea within 30 days of the original purchase – reach out and we’ll send you a return label. For any exchanges related to damaged product, please send us a photo and note about what happened, and we’ll ship you new tea the same day.
