If it’s your first time ordering and you don’t love the tea or capsules, we’ll exchange them for you at no cost, even if they’re open. Just fill out the return form below within 30 days of purchase.
You can ship unopened and unused products back to us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll provide a store credit for kratom products and a refund for teaware and other merchandise. You can choose your own return shipping method or request a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be subtracted from your refund total or store credit. Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.
We don’t offer returns or exchanges for opened or used tea and other products past your first order. We do offer store credit or an exchange in the case of damage or issue with our kratom products or teaware—just fill out the form below so we can assist you with whatever issue you’re having.
Note – please be advised that it’s normal to find kratom leaf particles in the bottom of the pouches.
