Balance Ingredients: Green vein kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) leaf.

→ 3g kratom leaf per tea bag
→ 14 tea bags per box
→ 42g total

Add 1-2 Balance tea bags and 1-2 cups of boiling water (205-212°F) to your tea thermos. Close thermos and steep for at least 15 minutes. Sweeten to taste and enjoy hot or over ice.

To make stronger kratom tea, brew your tea bags with 1-2 tsp lemon juice and steep for 10-15 minutes extra. You can rebrew your tea bags to make a second, slightly lighter cup of kratom tea.
