Kratom & kava selection
Kratom tea isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of drink, so a kratom subscription shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all subscription box. Customize your kratom delivery to get exactly what you want, exactly when you need it.

Shipping and delivery
Ship Date
Subscription orders and renewals placed on Monday through Friday before 1 PM Mountain Time will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped on the following business day.
Frequency
When you first add subscription products to your cart, you can choose a delivery frequency of every 2 weeks, every month, every 6 weeks, or every 2 months.
Once your first subscription is active, you can go to the subscription portal and customize your subscription frequency. You can also update the next order date and manually renew your order to get your next package of tea sooner.
Shipping Method
You can have your first subscription order shipped with whichever shipping method you prefer.
Renewal packages are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. The delivery date is typically 3-7 business days after your order is processed and shipped, depending upon your location.

Subscription Cost
When you check out, you’ll see the total for your order, which may include one-time purchases and discounts. To see the cost of your future subscription renewal orders, visit the subscription portal.
If you edit the products included in your subscription, the price of each recurring order will be adjusted to reflect your selections.
All subscription renewals over $50 receive free shipping. Shipping charges are automatically updated when you edit the contents of your subscription.
Billing
You’ll be billed based on the delivery frequency selected when you add items to your cart. Your payment method chosen at checkout will be automatically charged at the time your subscription is renewed. If you pause or cancel your subscription prior to the next renewal date, you will not be charged for the next renewal. There is no minimum subscription period.
If a subscription renewal fails to process (for example, due to inaccurate payment information), we will automatically retry the charge twice. If both retries fail, that renewal will be skipped and we’ll try again on the next scheduled renewal date.
Automatic Cancellation: Subscriptions that continually fail to process will be canceled after 150 days. Subscriptions paused for more than 365 days will also be automatically canceled.

Just remember to make changes prior to the next renewal date of your subscription.

Subscriptions may be purchased with credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and more.
While we offer the option to pay with Bitcoin for regular kratom orders, we do not accept Bitcoin for recurring kratom tea subscription orders.
priority during low-stock periods
Subscribers get exclusive access to low-stock items.
High quality crushed-leaf kratom is difficulty to source, so we sometimes have very low stock of our bestsellers.
When this happens, we pause all one-time purchases and use our limited stock for subscribers only.
Subscription FAQs
How do I get started with a kratom tea subscription?
Go to the product page for any of our kratom and kava products, select “subscribe” from the list instead of “one-time purchase” and choose your delivery frequency.
Initial Delivery Options:

Hit “subscribe” to add the subscription products to your cart.
Check out as you normally would. You’ll pay for just the initial order when you sign up.
Once your subscription has been created, you’ll be able to customize the delivery frequency and the next order date in your account.
After placing your first order, you can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I get my subscription package earlier if I run out of tea?
Yes—you can manually renew your subscription at any time, or choose an earlier delivery date.
How to Renew Your Subscription Now
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click the “Process Now” button.
- Orders placed before 1 PM MT on M-F will be sent out on the same day (excluding holidays). Orders place after 1 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
When you manually renew your subscription, the date of the next renewal order will be automatically moved up depending upon your selected subscription frequency.
How do I change which kratom teas are included in my subscription?
You can make changes to your subscription at any time directly in your subscription portal.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click the “Make Changes” button.
- To add a new product, click the Add Product button.
- Select Add to add the new product to recurring orders.
- Select Add One Time, and we’ll pack your selected items in with your next subscription order, but they won’t be added to orders after that.
Can I change my payment method and address after I subscribe?
If you need to edit your kratom tea subscription payment method:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the “Payment Methods” tab.
- Click the “Edit” button next to your current payment method(s) to edit them.
- Click the “Add payment method” to add a new form of payment.
- After editing your payment method or adding a new one, click the “Link to My Subscription” button.
To edit your delivery address:
- Head to your account.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click the “Make Changes” button for the subscription you’d like to edit.
- Click on your delivery address.
- In the pop-up window, click “Edit Address” and edit your delivery address.
- Click the “Update” button at the bottom of the page.
- Refresh the page to ensure the changes have been applied.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Need to pause or cancel your subscription?
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click the “Pause” button.
- You’ll have the option to reactive your subscription at any time. Just click the “Resume” button.
If you need to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so in the same place.
- In the Actions section, click the “Cancel” button.
- Once you cancel your subscription, it will be deleted. You will still be able to view your cancelled subscription’s order history in the order history tab in your account.
Subscriptions can be paused for up to one year. After one year, a paused subscription will be automatically cancelled.
