If you tend to order the same products month after month, or you sometimes forget to order more kratom tea before you run out, then a subscription can make life easier and put your mind at ease.

We know your needs aren’t the same as everyone else’s, so you can customize your subscription to match! Choose from the selection of raw leaf teas and flavored kratom herbal blends above. The quantity and variety is up to you. Just go to the product page for any of the 6 kratom subscription products, select “subscribe” from the list instead of “one-time purchase” and choose your delivery frequency.

Delivery options:

• Every 2 weeks
• Once a month
• Every 2 months

Then hit “subscribe” to add the subscription products to your cart. Finally, check out as you normally would. You’ll pay for just the initial order when you sign up. Then, at the time of the next delivery, you’ll be automatically charged and have tea sent right to your doorstep (or PO box). The process is effortless—you don’t need to lift a finger!

After placing your first order, you can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Did you run out of tea sooner than you expected? Want to get your renewal order ASAP? No need to wait for your scheduled renewal date. Instead, you can manually renew your subscription at any time to move up the date of your next delivery.

How to Renew Your Subscription Now

1. Start by logging in to your account.
2. Next, go to the main “Subscriptions” tab.
3. Once there, click the “Renew Now” button.
4. Your next delivery will be processed and sent out on the following business day.

When you manually renew your subscription, the date of the following renewal order will be moved up depending upon your selected subscription frequency (to 2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months after the date of manual renewal).

Fill out the subscription form below to request changes to your subscription order. Following your submission, you’ll receive an email from the Top Tree support team to confirm your additions & subtractions, along with any resulting changes to your subscription’s cost.

Please submit changes at least 2 business days prior to your subscription’s next renewal date. If you’d like request a change to your subscription within 48 hours of renewal, just give us a call at 970-281-7331.

Sure! Your initial order will be charged to the credit or debit card you enter at checkout, and will be sent to the shipping address entered at checkout. After you place your initial order, you can edit your form of payment. Likewise, you can update your delivery address for recurring orders at any time.

If you need to edit your kratom tea subscription payment method:

1. Start by logging in to your account.
2. Then, go to the “Payment Methods” tab or the “My Subscription” tab.
3. If you go to the Payment Methods tab, click the “Edit” button next to your current payment method(s) to edit them, or click the “Add payment method” to add a new form of payment.
4. Alternatively, if you go to the My Subscriptions tab, click “Change Payment” to update your payment method.
5. Follow the instructions to save your new payment method.

To edit your delivery address:

1. First, head to your account.
2. Next, go to the “My Subscription” tab.
3. In the Actions section, click the “Change Address” button.
4. Finally, enter your new shipping address and click the “Save Address” button at the bottom of the page.

Need to pause or cancel your subscription?

1. First, log in to your account.
2. Next, go to the “Subscriptions” tab.
3. In the Actions section, click the “Cancel” button.
4. Subsequently, you’ll have the option to resubscribe at any time. Hit the “Resubscribe” button to be taken straight to the checkout page with all of your subscription products already added to your cart.
