There has been a lot of progress towards keeping kratom accessible and increasing consumer safety in the past year. We want this progress to continue! Have you been meaning to reach out to your Congresspeople but keep forgetting to do so? We hope this giveaway will be a good reminder!
You have until December 31 to enter. You can enter multiple times by sharing the giveaway on different platforms. The winner will receive:

How to Enter the Kratom Giveaway
To enter, all you need to do is share proof of your Federal KCPA advocacy efforts! Plus, earn extra entries by sharing this giveaway on Facebook, X (Twitter), or Instagram. Here are a few examples of advocacy efforts you can submit:
- Calling or emailing your federal representatives to tell them about your kratom experience
- Having an in-person meeting with you representatives (or their staff members)
- Sharing advocacy resources with friends and followers on social media or

Resources for Supporting the Federal KCPA
There are a wide range of ways you can support the Federal Kratom Consumer Protection Act. You can contact your elected officials, share your advocacy efforts with other people online, and attend in-person events to support the Federal KCPA!

December 13, 2023 Rally in Washington, D.C.
Want to show your support for the Federal KCPA by sharing your story with your Congresspeople directly? Join fellow kratom consumers, industry leaders, elected officials, and lobbyists in Washington, D.C. on December 12-13.
The Congressional Briefing on Kratom Science and Policy and Official Evening Reception will be held on December 13th, 2023.
Briefing: 11:30 AM- 1:00PM, Capitol Visitors Center, Room 210/12.
Reception: 6:00 PM, Room 385 in the Russell Senate Office Building
Featured speakers at the briefing will include: Dr. Jack Henningfield, Pinney Associates and former scientist at NIDA; Dr. Kirsten Smith, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and former NIDA scientist; James Carroll, Former Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy; Marilyn Huestis, Senior Fellow at the Institute on Emerging Health Professions, Thomas Jefferson University and former NIDA scientist
You are invited to come early to meet individually with your state Congresspeople or their staff members. Additionally, the briefing will be followed by a special Question & Answer session. This Q&A will address how S. 3039 and H.R. 5905 will actually protect kratom consumers.

By entering the sweepstakes you agree to the following terms and conditions. No payment of any kind is required to enter. Multiple entries per person will be accepted.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on December 31, 2023. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Top Tree Herbs and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
Giveaway Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all residents of the United States, regardless of whether or not kratom is legal for sale and possession where you live.
However, kratom tea cannot be sent to an entrant who lives in a state/municipality where kratom is not legal for sale and possession. If you live in such a location, you will have the option to send the kratom tea portion of the giveaway prize as a gift to another person in a state where kratom is legal, given that this person also meets the eligibility requirements.
Entrants must also be of legal age to purchase kratom. You must be 18 or older (21 or older if you live in Oregon, Tennessee, Colorado, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida, and Louisiana) on the date of entry. You must live in the United States and may not use a shipping address in a state, county, or town where kratom possession or sales are illegal.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Top Tree Herbs shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Privacy and Security
The collection and handling of all personal details provided by entrants, including name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Confidentiality: All personal information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the purposes of prize fulfillment or as required by law.
Data Usage: Your contact information will be used only to notify you in the event you are selected as the winner and to coordinate the shipping of the prize. We will not use your personal details for marketing purposes or share them with any third parties for such purposes without your explicit consent.
Data Retention: We will retain the personal data of the winner for as long as is necessary to fulfill the terms of the giveaway and to comply with legal requirements. Once these obligations are met, your data will be securely deleted.

Kratom Giveaway Prize
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the items in the prize become unavailable for any reason, Top Tree reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
An email notification will be sent to the winner to coordinate shipping of the bundle. The name, shipping address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Top Tree Herbs to enable fulfillment of the prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Top Tree Herbs’ reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
